Be-Stars Terms and Conditions

1.Scope
These terms apply to all Be-Stars services provided by Bema Consulting (under the Be-Support brand): compliance audits, classification reports, simulated mystery visits and support for tourist accommodation operators.
Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms, which take precedence over any other document provided by the client.
D.escription of services
Be-Stars conducts an on-site compliance audit against the classification rules in force (Law 80-14 and Joint Order No. 985-24), followed by a written report delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Additional services (action plan, simulated mystery visit and support through to classification) are subject to a separate quotation.
3.Orders and quotations
An order is confirmed by written acceptance of a quotation, by email or another equivalent means that provides evidence of the agreement.
Any change to the scope requested by the client may result in an adjustment to the price and deadlines.
D.elivery of services
The audit is carried out on site on the date agreed with the operator. The client ensures access to the establishment, premises and necessary documents.
The audit report is delivered within the timeframe stated in the quotation and is followed by a telephone review.
C.lient obligations
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about the establishment and to facilitate the audit.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within fifteen days of delivery of the report.
6.Financial terms
Unless otherwise stated, the applicable prices are those shown in the accepted quotation. Any travel expenses are specified in the quotation.
A deposit may be requested when the order is placed; the balance is payable by bank transfer when the report is delivered.
7.Scope of the report
The audit report is an independent professional opinion. Classification decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities.
Be-Stars does not guarantee a particular classification level but makes every effort to prepare the establishment under the best possible conditions.
C.onfidentiality and data
Findings, notes and reports are strictly confidential and reserved for the client.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations, including the GDPR for clients established in the European Union.
D.uration and termination
The audit is a one-off service; ongoing support is provided for the period agreed in the quotation.
In the event of a serious breach by either party, the engagement may be terminated after a formal notice has remained without effect.
10.Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels.
